Louise Whyte – Consulting Director EMEA
Louise is an energetic and authentic Leader with over 15 years proven track record in Management Consulting and Corporate roles solving complex business problems and delivering tangible outcomes. Louise joins us from senior roles at Macquarie Group and Infosys Portland prior, and has joined State of Flux as Consulting Director EMEA to expand our offering. Louise is results driven with global commercial experience across industries and clients, private and public sector, particularly Financial Services, TMT, FMCG, Resources, Healthcare, and Government agencies and bodies. She is skilled at procurement strategy implementation, and has delivered numerous cost optimisation transformations, operating model restructure, and change projects for clients across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle. Lou has grown and led high performing teams, and enjoys building relationships with people across all levels for optimised collaboration and performance. Steven Nieri – Managing Director, North America
Steven has taken up the role of Managing Director in North America. He has over 15 years of success championing programs and improvements to dramatically reduce costs, leverage technology, and better manage risks to power up the procurement and supply chain function. He has built and led global procurement initiatives and category strategies for a variety of industries, including CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Food & Beverage. Most recently, Steven joins us from DXC Technology where he directed the Procurement-as-a-Service Delivery team for North and South America. Focusing on acquiring and implementing customized procurement function transformations, reviewing spend analytics, strategic sourcing, and tail spend compliance for 35 strategic accounts while overseeing the development, performance, and mentorship of a 21-member delivery team.
